We invite you to read the contents of this document carefully, as we are sure it will facilitate your knowledge of all production aspects.
At the bottom of the page we have listed the contacts of the staff, divided by roles and functions, available – as of now – to accommodate specific requests.

The Blockchain Week Rome logo should be used with care:
• The Blockchain Week Rome logos, which you can download here in high resolution, must necessarily be used respecting proportions and colors;
• External communication (press releases, social publications, adv initiatives, etc.) must be shared and approved. Therefore, it is desirable to receive prior information at: pr@blockchainmanagementsl.com
OURS Below you can find the opening and closing times of the exhibition area:
Tuesday, May 9: official opening of the sponsor area to the public at 3:00 pm – area available as early as 9:00 am. Closing time 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 10: 09:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 11: 09:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
An agreement has been signed, with favorable conditions, with a printer based in Rome. If there is a need to produce materials, you can contact the company directly:

This company will take care of producing the material ordered and delivering it directly to the booth.
For those who intend to print materials on their own, they can bring them directly with them on the day of the booths opening or they can contract a reception and delivery service to the booth, again with Win Grafix company.
It will not be possible to send material directly to the Teatro Sistina
Each Sponsor must notify no later than April 24, the names of the people to whom you would like to make an entry badge.
ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY those persons for whom the name has been notified will be allowed to enter the event.
Once the names have been notified, it will be possible to pick up the badges directly at the entrance of Teatro Sistina.
Access to the areas will be authorized only under conditions of compliance with current Public Safety regulations.
If the conditions set forth in the Security Plan drawn up in collaboration with the Police and Fire Department are not met, or if the maximum number of attendees is exceeded (overcrowding), access may be denied (temporarily or permanently). All areas of the Teatro Sistina are under video surveillance, with corresponding recording of images, to ensure the security of the event.
Inside the Teatro Sistina images are recorded for television broadcasts, photos and video reporting for promotional and communication actions, therefore each individual with access inside the Theater – venue of Blockchain Week Rome – formally agrees to be filmed and authorizes the publication.
